Philosophy Of Teaching

In order to be an outstanding teacher it is necessary to have passion and drive to want to educate children and I am one of the lucky people that gets to combine my passions into a career. You must not only be an exceptional leader but also a good listener, as you become a role model for the students and sometimes a mediator when necessary. Excellent classroom management is key for creating that safezone for the children to feel comfortable and have a willingness to learn. The ability to be a team player is another crucial quality to be an outstanding teacher. Working well with my peers and superiors while maintaining the leader position in my classroom is a quality that I carry with me to help build the most successful classroom possible. The most important attribute that I possess is to be ability to create and implement dynamic lessons, relating to the students, engaging them throughout the lesson, teaching using differentiated instruction, keeping lessons current and relevant, and implementing the use of technology in order to captivate and educate. An outstanding teacher is someone who is selfless and willing to give it their all
